9. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking and health records are retained for 3 years. You may request account deletion after which personal data will be anonymized within 30 days, except where legal retention is required.
10. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately. For minors aged 13-18, parental consent is required for account creation.
