At labsyMedicare, we strive to provide the best home diagnostic services. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read this carefully before booking.
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Eligibility
24h
Cancelled 24+ hours before appointment
Full refund (100%) processed within 5–7 business days.
4h
Cancelled 4–24 hours before appointment
50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained as a cancellation fee to cover agent scheduling costs.
0h
Cancelled less than 4 hours before or No-Show
No refund. Full booking amount is forfeited.
Situations Eligible for Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund regardless of timing in the following cases:
- Agent failed to arrive within the scheduled time window without prior notice
- Service was cancelled by labsyMedicare due to agent unavailability
- Duplicate/accidental payment was made for the same booking
- Technical error resulted in incorrect charge
- Lab failed to deliver results within the committed timeframe
Our Promise: If any failure is on our end, we guarantee a full refund — no questions asked.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Sample already collected by the agent
- Lab tests already processed or in progress
- Cancellation due to patient's incorrect address or contact details
- Patient unavailable at the time of agent's arrival
- Special or discounted packages explicitly marked as non-refundable at booking
Rescheduling Policy
We encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if:
- The request is made at least 4 hours before the original appointment
- Rescheduling is to a date within 14 days of the original booking
- It is your first reschedule for the same booking
Additional reschedules beyond the first may incur a ₹50 rescheduling fee.
Refund Process
- UPI / Net Banking: Refunded within 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: Refunded within 5–10 business days (depending on bank)
- Wallet / Cash: Credited to your labsyMedicare wallet within 24 hours
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account on the labsyMedicare platform
- Go to My Bookings → Select the booking → Click Cancel & Refund
- Or email us at refund@labsymedicare.com with your Booking ID
