At labsyMedicare, we strive to provide the best home diagnostic services. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have a fair and transparent refund policy. Please read this carefully before booking.

Cancellation Timeline & Refund Eligibility

Cancelled 24+ hours before appointment
Full refund (100%) processed within 5–7 business days.
4h
Cancelled 4–24 hours before appointment
50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained as a cancellation fee to cover agent scheduling costs.
0h
Cancelled less than 4 hours before or No-Show
No refund. Full booking amount is forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

We encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation. You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if:

Additional reschedules beyond the first may incur a ₹50 rescheduling fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your account on the labsyMedicare platform
  2. Go to My Bookings → Select the booking → Click Cancel & Refund
  3. Or email us at refund@labsymedicare.com with your Booking ID
  4. Or call +91 98765 43210 (9 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat)
